Also know as the Greens Bayou VFW, Post 9296 has 100+ Members, many of whom meet at this location for a variety of outings and events.

The VFW sponsors Voice of Democracy, Patriot's Pen (Youth Essay Writing Contest), and Teacher / EMT / Police Officer & Firefighter of the Year Awards.
