Hospice of Sweetwater County

A Special Kind of Caring Since 1983

Hospice of Sweetwater County is a non-profit organization which serves members of our community facing terminal illness through an individualized and interdisciplinary approach. We strive to maintain patients in their home or in a home-like environment and have staff available 24/7. We provide skilled nursing and nursing aide visits, chaplain services, volunteer services, medications, durable medical equipment, disposable supplies and social services. We also provide grief and bereavement support to patient families and caregivers, as well as to the public.
